Export your list from Kit

1. In Kit, open Subscribers.
2. Click Status and choose Confirmed for your active subscribers, or All to bring everyone with their status.
3. Tick the checkbox at the top of the list, then click Select all so every page is included.
4. Click the three dots (⋮), then Export. Kit emails a download link to the account owner; it's also in your notifications in Kit. The link works for five days.
5. In Zeebra, open Contacts → Import and drop the CSV.

Zeebra matches the email, first name, status and tags for you; map the custom fields you want to keep to your own properties.

People who unsubscribed

Kit's export has a status column. Zeebra reads unsubscribed (cancelled), bounced and complained people from it, so they are never emailed. If you only exported confirmed subscribers, export the others the same way and paste their addresses into your do-not-email list (Settings → Contacts).
