Export your contacts from HubSpot

1. In HubSpot, open CRM, then Contacts.
2. Open the view for the people to move (All contacts for everyone), then click Export at the top right of the table.
3. Choose CSV as the file format. The export only has the columns in the view; click Customize to include every property. Then click Export.
4. HubSpot emails you a download link (it works for 30 days). Big files come zipped, so unzip them first.
5. In Zeebra, open Contacts → Import and drop the CSV.

Zeebra matches the email, names, company, job title, phone and marketing contact status for you; map the other properties you want to keep to your own.

A HubSpot contact hasn't always agreed to your marketing emails. Import people as opted in only when they did, and the others as prospects. Include the Unsubscribed from all email property in the export: people for whom it's true come in unsubscribed and are never emailed.
