Export your list from beehiiv

Download your beehiiv subscribers as a CSV and bring them into Zeebra.

  1. In beehiiv, open Settings, then Export Data. If you have more than one publication, pick it first.
  2. Under Export Subscribers, click Export All Subscribers. That's the full export, with custom fields and stats. Export All Basic Subscribers only has the email, status and tier.
  3. beehiiv emails you a download link when the file is ready. It's also under Historical Exports on the same page. The link works for 24 hours; after that, export again.
  4. In Zeebra, open Contacts → Import and drop the CSV.

Zeebra matches the email, names, status and tags for you; map the custom fields you want to keep to your own properties. beehiiv's status column comes along: people it shows as inactive come in unsubscribed and are never emailed, and pending people (who never confirmed) come in pending.
